5. Construction Bidding /
Negotiation Phase
Even though requiring the least amount of design service time, the biggest decisions occur in this phase. BDA will conduct a Pre-Bid meeting with pre-qualified contractors / builders. We will distribute contract documents, tabulate, review, evaluate and confirm construction bids and guide in the award of construction contract(s).
