The crux of our golf service deliverables. These documents include specific golf construction drawings and support documents for favorable construction bids and for on-time and on-budget completion. Our construction drawings generally include:

• Staking Plan (100 scale).
• Golf Hole Feature Plans (50 scale)
• Clearing Plan (50/100 scale)
• Composite Course Grading & Drainage Plan (100 scale)
• Tee Box Surround Plans (20-50 scale)
• Green / Green Surround Plans (20/30 scale)
• Golf Hole Grading & Drainage Plans (50 scale)
• Construction Details
• Grassing / Planting Plans (50 scale)
In addition to the construction drawings, we prepare technical specifications and bid documents. Design progress meetings, construction cost estimate finalization and design team document coordination also are provided.
