6. Construction Phase
BDA provides full construction period services from the Pre-Construction Conference through Final Application for Payment and Project Close-Out. We are on site throughout construction and offer direction and assistance during key construction activities such as clearing operations, drainage installations, component / feature construction, shaping and grassing operations. Other construction administration services include contractor payment processing, product / material submittals and approvals, establishing substantial completion, processing final payment and project close-out documentation.
