1. Consultation and Pre-Design Phase

A very important preliminary phase, the acquisition of existing site data and confirmation of the client’s program requirements will lead to a creative, accurate, environmentally sensitive and cost effective design. Consultation and pre-design includes site survey acquisition (topo, boundary, conditions & constraints), regulatory process review, kick-off meeting, program evaluation, design team assemblage, initial site investigation & analysis. If warranted, site selection may be included.
